Parenting is transformational. We are shaping peoples’ lives with the tools we have ourselves inherited from a world no longer healthy.
If parents and carers received more support to nurture human capacity for collaboration, not competition, power sharing, not power-over, valuing diversity, instead of fearing it and joy instead of overwork, well, so many of the programs we offer at The Change Agency would not be necessary.
It is our pleasure to support parents to learn new approaches and to help embed those methods into their daily interactions with children.
We offer workshops and trainings that embed the following approach in your lives:
Parenting by Connection (Hand in Hand Parenting/Aware Parenting)
Manage challenging behaviour without punishments, rewards or shouting.
Develop skills for addressing aggression (hiting, biting, kicking).
Learn new skills for playing that can bring more joy and ease to your role.
