“From the very beginning, Kathryn gently but skillfully guided us through the subjects of anti oppression and anti racism, shifting an awareness within me around my own experiences and those of others, helping me to recognise those through a new lense.”

“Fabulous workshop led with clarity, intelligence, insight, flexibility and heart. Kathryn created a warm, safe environment to allow a deep process to take place. I am very grateful”.

- Alli, Derry Well Women

“I am immensely grateful that she entered my life. I could best express this with the phrase ‘loving presence’. The way that she exists in this world has inspired me in ways I am still processing. Her ability to hold space and to spread positivity and love creates such a magical environment for those around her.”

- Pearson Seminar of Youth Leadership Becca

“Gave me lots of food for thought and reframed an area of conflict for me not being about individuals but more about systems and cultures’

- Communication in Conflict Marie Gilmartin, Tigala Guardian Ad Litem

“Kathryn brought a wise presence to our group. Her trust in emergence was baffling to me at first, but I have begun to see its beauty.  I am grateful to her example of a more horizontal leadership/facilitation, and for being willing to be transparent and vulnerable even when in a position of power.”

- Pearson Seminar of Collaborative Leadership, Mark Spilsbury, Teacher

“Very laser-like look at the organisation but done with compassion and softness-allowing us to see solutions and ideas from amongst the group. Great skill in this. Thank you.”

- Anon Derry Well Women

“Kathryn recently facilitated two virtual workshops on mental well-being for young people during our (ECO-UNESCO’s) ECO Week. The activities she led everyone through were both doable and beneficial in making participants more aware of their mental health and how to find greater well-being. The atmosphere was positive, open, safe and supportive. I remember one remark from a participant in particular saying how they were surprised at how honest and genuine everyone was during the workshop; I think that is a credit to Kathryn’s facilitation skills. We look forward to engaging her again.”

- Testimonials from ECO-UNESCO Youth

”I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Kathryn on many different projects over the past year, including a 9 month long Rite of Passage programme for young people. As soon as I met Kathryn, I knew I wanted to work with her. Her approach to the work has always been professional, inspiring and, although broaching many diverse and difficult topics, Kathryn has an amazing talent of cutting right to the heart of the matter, inspiring people to speak their own truths in an authentic way.
Working with Kathryn has challenged me and broadened my horizons in so many positive ways. She has helped me to further my own learning (and unlearning!) and inspires me to bring more depth and integrity to my work. She is truly an agent of change and I cannot recommend her highly enough if you or your organisation are ready to experience transformational leadership in action.”

”From the very beginning, Kathryn gently but skillfully guided us through the subjects of anti oppression and anti racism, shifting an awareness within me around my own experiences and those of others, helping me to recognise those through a new lense. It really heightened my awareness around the topic, and how much we take for granted that is in fact privilege.  At a time when racism and oppression are at the forefront of our world and lives, this workshop has never been more relevant.”

- Laura Kennedy, forest school leader in Galway

“An excellent workshop-challenging, insightful and useful both personally and professionaly. “

- Dr Pauline Mc Loughlin, Derry Well Women
